Amelia trains out of her fully equipped home gym, travels to you, or trains out of a privately owned studio gym in highlands ranch.
Amelia offers 7 days a week of training, Monday through Sun
day.

Who We Are

Amelia has been a personal trainer now for the last 9 years. She specializes in weightloss, muscle building, sport specific, prenatal/postnatal, injury corrective and general fitness. She has an associates degree in culinary arts, plus multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

As a graduate from Johnson and Wales University, she started out as an executive chef for Eurest corporate dining. Growing up with a love for fitness, she realized after 5 years as a chef that it wasn’t the right fit for her. She became certified through NASM and started working for Lifetime Fitness in 2014 as a personal trainer. There she discovered her love for developing a more personal relationship with people- their goals, struggles, triumphs, both physical and mental. She decided to take ownership of her business and go private in 2017 and hasn’t looked back!

Added Perk

As an added perk/amenity to her clients, Amelia’s home gym offers an opportunity for clients to bring their children if needed: there is a separate bedroom/playroom next to her home gym for children to play with toys, read books, occupy themselves on tablets etc, while still being close enough for her clients to monitor them and for the children to feel comfortable and safe. Water, protein powder, preworkout, healthy snacks and Gatorade are all provided to all inhome clients and children.

I’ve been working out with Amelia for almost a year now and I am more than pleased with my experience and results. I’ve lost weight and toned up for a leaner, stronger body. Amelia keeps routines fresh with a variety of exercises, so it’s never boring and she works all muscle groups. Sometimes we even play workout “games,” which makes working-out more fun. At first, I was hesitant to start with a personal trainer because, as a mom with two kids at home, I worried about the time commitment and childcare options; however, Amelia has a lovely home gym and a baby of her own, so I just bring the kids with me. It’s a child-friendly facility. My husband joins me for workouts and he’s achieved amazing results as well. It’s a whole family affair!
